Our readers are people researching home internet, mobile plans and their rights as customers. Genuine businesses with a verifiable address and an active ABN, such as registered cablers, antenna and Wi-Fi installers, and phone repairers, are welcome to enquire. Listings are clearly labelled and never affect our guides, and we never rank or review providers. We do not list businesses offering gambling or betting, or products that infringe others' trade marks or copyright.
How featured listings work
- Featured listings are always labelled as sponsored or featured.
- They appear separately from our editorial content and never change what our guides say.
- We may decline any listing, and we check that businesses are genuine, with a verifiable address and ABN.
Our standards
- We don't rank or endorse telcos, plans or businesses in our guides.
- We don't accept gambling, betting, investment schemes promising returns, or adult content.
- Listings must not make misleading claims about speeds, coverage, prices or reviews.
